Bruut Productions is responsible for the digital transformation of broadcasters AT5 and RTV NH – from strategy to implementation.
Via Edwin Valent’s Full Media Strategy Bruut Productions enabled these two brands to successfully transform from ‘old school broadcasters’ into unique and leading news brands.
The Board of AT5 & RTV NH asked Bruut Productions to take the lead in writing the digital strategy, creating new revenue streams and implementing this strategy. All with the intention to transform these TV channels into two – financially healthy – leading cross-platform news brands.
Bruut Productions will implement following three phases from januari 2014 till november 2014:

Bruut Productions analyzed the two organizations and created a tailor made strategy that will result in the profound digital transformation.
// phase 2: operation
At first Bruut Productions defined and implemented organization adjustments. To close the gap between the vision of the Board and the daily operation, Bruut Productions made an operational plan including projects that deliver a different way of bringing the news. As (local) news is not deadline-workflow anymore but a continuous process, Bruut Productions introduced timeline-working, responsive infrastructure and engagement tools.
